Recipe 1lb Good quality 72% Dark Chocolate (broken into small pieces) 1/2 cup Whole blanched Almonds roughly chopped 1/2 cup Dried Sour Cherries roughly chopped 1 tsp Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt (available at Portico) Directions Mix together the chopped Almonds and Cherries in a bowl and put aside Place chocolate in a heat proof glass bowl, or double boiler, over a pot of simmering water. We have so many different kinds; hanging, table top, or we will help you create a custom version using glass cloches with unique bases of metal, Terra Cotta, glass, or ceramic. Part of what makes terrariums so wonderful is that no two will ever look the same.
